Training Centre Rules
Whether you are attending our regular classes, courses, workshops or individual sessions, these rules apply to you...
Failure to observe any of our rules may lead to you being asked to leave the premises:-
- Nobody is to exit the carpark and enter the training field without an instructor or assistant instructor being present.
- Please wait in your car and do not get your dog out until and instructor asks you to.
- Dogs must be kept on the lead at all times unless otherwise directed to do so by one of the centre’s instructors.
- No shows for booked 121s / Day Training / Group Classes are non refundable and will not be rescheduled
- Unless you or ask to reschedule your 121 / Day Training within the 36 hours leading up to the alloted time, then no refund can be expected.
- Bitches in season will not be allowed onto the training ground.
- Any accidents involving a person, or a dog, whilst at the training centre, must be reported immediately to one of the instructors.
- If a dog fouls the training area the owner must clear up. If you do not have the necessary equipment, then please ask one of the instructors who will supply you with a poop scoop. NO DOGS ARE ALLOWED ON THE TRAINING FIELD WITHOUT AN INSTRUCTOR PRESENT
- Please do not bring your dog if he or she is unwell or has been in contact with a sick dog in the last two weeks.
- Cars are parked at their owner’s risk in the parking provided at the training venue.
- The training centre does not accept any responsibility for theft or damage to cars or property whilst left at the training centre
- Our Instructors and staff reserve the right to refuse entrance to any animal considered to be a danger to any other member or their dogs
- All owners must produce an up-to-date vaccination certificate for their dog on joining and annually thereafter.
- Handlers must be a minimum of 14 years old unless accompanied by an adult.
- Dogs must not be left unattended in hot cars.
- No pit bull terriers, or crosses of, will be permitted in this training centre.
- NO harsh handling will be tolerated.
- The training Instructors reserve the right to request any persons to leave the premises that are abusive to any other person or dog.
- Should your dog become a nuisance to other dogs people whilst in a class or workshop, you will be asked to leave, and alternative arrangements will be made for you and your dogs training, before being allowed back into the class / workshop.
- We do not allow the use of the following equipment within our group training classes:- Slip Leads, Flexi Leads, Prong Collars, Choke Chains, Treats or food of any description.
